Job Overview

NTI Connect, a leader in fiber optic and data center installation services, is seeking a dedicated Senior Program Coordinator to enhance our program management team. Position Summary

The Senior Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of various programs across multiple sectors. This individual will possess a keen business acumen and a proven track record in strategizing and implementing high-level initiatives. As a natural leader, the ideal candidate will excel in project coordination and delegation, driving productivity and program success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, execute, and sustain program initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish assessment protocols for program evaluation and enhancement.
  • Oversee diverse project teams to ensure achievement of program objectives.
  • Develop new customer programs, including installation criteria and material specifications, while managing long-term goals and success metrics.
  • Ensure that targets are met in customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and training by collaborating closely with the TSQ team.
  • Implement and manage complex changes to guarantee project objectives are fulfilled.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on program status throughout its lifecycle, including consolidated reports for customers across various markets.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to devise growth strategies that ensure consistency across markets.
  • Work in partnership with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
  • Manage program and project teams to optimize return on investment and coordinate cross-project initiatives.
  • Identify essential requirements for cross-functional teams.
  • In collaboration with Area Directors, develop and manage plans to drive revenue for key customer accounts, ensuring accountability for established business objectives.
  • Track best practices, organize departmental workflows, monitor progress, and ensure compliance across all departments.
  • Experience in creating workflows, work breakdown structures, and drafting policies and procedures is essential.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure project expectations are met.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of experience in Project Management.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Proficient understanding of digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM software.
  • Experience in proposal writing and proficiency in various computer applications.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
