Village Green is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Concierge. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Resident Welcome and Support
- Welcome new residents to the community and provide a comprehensive overview of community amenities and services.
- Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Community Engagement
- Act as a first point of contact for resident concerns and needs, providing timely and professional responses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners to ensure a positive and engaging community experience.
- Service Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule services and events to meet the needs of residents, including maintenance requests, package delivery, and community activities.
- Source new services and vendors to benefit residents and enhance their overall experience.
- Confidentiality and Discretion
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and community information, adhering to Village Green's confidentiality policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
