Your Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to become an integral part of our Business Systems and ERP team. In this role, you will be essential in guaranteeing the performance and dependability of our systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing scalable automated quality assurance tests and best practices, taking full ownership of QA functions within the team. Your duties will encompass maintaining QA policies, implementing processes, and documenting procedures, as well as creating test plans and cases to ensure thorough validation of new developments. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and ERP users to establish suitable automated test coverage and develop necessary test frameworks and cases.

Key Contributions:
  • Design and implement scalable automated quality assurance tests and best practices.
  • Oversee QA activities for the team.
  • Evaluate data integration pipelines.
  • Effectively communicate quality issues with product and non-product team members.
  • Maintain QA policy, implementation, and process documentation.
  • Adapt to a continuous delivery environment.
  • Create comprehensive test plans and cases for new developments.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure adequate automated test coverage.
  • Develop test frameworks and harnesses as required.
  • Coordinate with the QA Lead to uphold testing best practices.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems (User and/or Tester - Epicor ERP preferred).
  • Self-motivated and capable of taking ownership of testing responsibilities.
  • Experience in Agile project environments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Expertise in relational databases.
  • Understanding of data integration and flow, particularly with AWS.
  • Familiarity with the order-to-cash business process.
  • Strong communication skills with developers, BAs, and users.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable automated quality assurance tests and best practices.
