Role Overview
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will support the Quality Assurance Manager in various quality assurance functions within both Production and Laboratory settings to ensure that our customers receive products of exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Measurements and Testing: Accurately measure, record, and report dimensional, functional, and visual attributes according to specified internal requirements.
- Documentation: Manage and report all nonconforming products in accordance with established procedures and document supplier quality issues.
- Quality System Support: Assist in audit preparations, conduct internal audits as necessary, and train personnel involved in quality testing on the production floor and in the quality lab.
- Sampling Assistance: Provide color matching, labeling, and pull samples as required.

While performing the duties of this position:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally climb or balance.

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision.

Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with physical lab testing equipment such as calipers, scales, digital height gauges, and compression force testing equipment is preferred.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
- Capable of making decisions with minimal supervision (Night Shift)
- Strong organizational skills to manage a multi-task environment.
