Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our digital signage and enterprise solutions business in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our cutting-edge digital signage and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the digital signage and enterprise solutions team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across industries, including retail, hospitality, transportation, education, and more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product development and market demand.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, technological advancements, and customer demands in commercial displays and signage systems.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to executive leadership on progress and performance.
Requirements
  • At least 8+ years of experience in sales within the digital signage and enterprise solutions industry.
  • Proven knowledge of digital signage solutions, commercial displays (LCD, LED), video walls, interactive displays, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with AV integration, content management systems (CMS), and signage hardware and software.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in digital signage and enterprise solutions business.
  • Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships with key clients in industries such as retail, corporate, government, hospitality, transportation, healthcare, and education.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and implement business plans focused on revenue growth and market penetration.
