Job Title: Bilingual HR Business Partner

Primoris Energy Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual HR Business Partner to join our team in Spring, TX. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Job Summary:

The Bilingual HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing strategic input and guidance on people-related issues. This includes talent management, employee relations, coaching and development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and consult with managers on employee concerns, policies, practices, and performance management.
  • Provide a dedicated HR advisory service to employees, covering conduct, capability, leaves, and other employee relations matters.
  • Assist in the development and updating of job descriptions.
  • Utilize HR systems to gather and analyze data, reporting on various HR metrics.
  • Conduct investigations and make recommendations from intake to closure.
  • Conduct surveys, including exit interviews, to understand trends.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Provide backup support for new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Contribute to internal projects and work streams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with HRIS software, preferably UKG.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
