Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Colorado Springs. The successful candidate will be responsible for distributing sales and marketing materials, managing lead generation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Canvas targeted neighborhoods and distribute door hangers.
  • Place yard signs at strategic locations.
  • Conduct door-to-door lead generation in compliance with homeowner restrictions and Home Owner Association bylaws.
  • Report leads immediately to the Office Manager.
Requirements
  • High energy level and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Able to track and report lead generation.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ($45,000 - $65,000 per year).
