Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and exceed sales targets.
You will analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our products and services. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with Retail Stores in your assigned territory to drive Business Sales results through education on Business Sales products and services and closing on Business Sales leads.
You will also be responsible for managing sales funnel and generating reporting on sales activities and forecasting. Additionally, you will continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and competitive dynamics of the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
- 2 years Experience solutions/applications selling
- 2 years Telecommunications / technical sales
- Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
- Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
- Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills
- Proposal Writing Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $220,000 per year, inclusive of target incentives.
