Job Purpose

The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. This role requires a high level of customer service, with a focus on concise and collective communication. The Account Manager will work closely with inter-departmental peers and report to the Director of Business Development.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high-level customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Proactively contacting existing customers and assigning them as a point of contact
  • Reviewing and updating customer account information in the Anserve Operations system and CRM system
  • Creating and explaining Anserve reports to internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities to grow business from existing accounts and communicating them to the Director of Business Development
  • Attending client meetings, both virtually and in-person
  • Communicating effectively with other departments and senior management to maintain a professional environment

Education and Experience

The minimum requirements for this role include:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Anserve Operations Systems, highly preferred
