The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. This role requires a high level of customer service, with a focus on concise and collective communication. The Account Manager will work closely with inter-departmental peers and report to the Director of Business Development.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Maintaining high-level customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
- Proactively contacting existing customers and assigning them as a point of contact
- Reviewing and updating customer account information in the Anserve Operations system and CRM system
- Creating and explaining Anserve reports to internal departments and external stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to grow business from existing accounts and communicating them to the Director of Business Development
- Attending client meetings, both virtually and in-person
- Communicating effectively with other departments and senior management to maintain a professional environment
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong ability to build and sustain relationships
- Comfortable on the phone and detail-oriented
- Organized, motivated, and results-driven
- Accountable, articulate, and confident
- A basic understanding of the healthcare industry
- Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills
The minimum requirements for this role include:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Anserve Operations Systems, highly preferred
