Job Overview

Ventura Aviation is seeking a meticulous and organized Flight Crew Logistics Coordinator. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and management of crew logistics, directly collaborating with the Flight Operations team and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation for crew members.
  • Support Flight Operations through effective communication with pilots.
  • Manage the uploading, updating, and review of all electronic records for crew members.
  • Assist the Chief Pilot in organizing internal and external training sessions for crew members, liaising with training vendors.
  • Handle office communications and greet visitors professionally.
  • Organize and distribute incoming mail.
  • Coordinate email correspondence with various departments.
  • Manage crew expense reports.
  • Input crew flight schedules into scheduling systems.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Ideal candidates will possess experience in aviation or travel logistics.
  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and have experience interacting with leadership roles.
  • Preferred educational background includes an associate or bachelor's degree.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Compensation: $40,000+ based on experience.
