Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of ground service personnel, including fueling, towing, and marshaling aircraft.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of ground service equipment, including fuel trucks, tow tractors, and other equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flight line and surrounding areas.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and safety on the flight line.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to ground service personnel to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role in a similar industry.
  • Previous experience with ground service equipment and operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other software applications.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish.
