Key Responsibilities:
  • Room Assignment and Management: Assign rooms to housekeepers, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning processes.
  • Supply Management: Partner with maintenance to ensure housekeeping supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure cleaned rooms meet our high standards.
  • Lost and Found: Maintain and log lost and found items, ensuring they are returned to their rightful owners.
  • Security: Ensure all storage areas are locked and secure.
  • Time Clock Management: Oversee housekeeping's use of the time clock, ensuring accurate punches.
  • Linens and Supplies: Ensure there are sufficient linens stocked for housekeepers.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new housekeepers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Termination Support: Assist in terminating housekeepers who are not meeting expectations.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to the General Manager as needed.
Requirements:

  • Communication: Effectively communicate ideas and needs through written and oral communication.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
