Client Care Representative

We are seeking a Client Care Representative to join our Contact Center team at American Heritage Credit Union. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member experiences through needs-based consultative selling in a contact center environment.

Responsibilities:
- Engage new members through outbound calling and establish relationships through our Relationship Management Program.
- Provide information about the credit union and its services to members via phone and other forms of correspondence.
- Determine and recommend products and services that best fit members' needs, resulting in cross-selling effectiveness.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a call center or financial institution preferred.
- Work requires knowledge of lending products, deposit products, and interest rates.
- Intermediate mathematical skills required for calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.
Annual Salary:$62,500, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
