Always Best Care Senior Service offers a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base pay, you will also receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries and complaints, working collaboratively with the leadership team to complete special projects and tasks, reviewing telephony and making follow-up reminder calls as needed, answering inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information in a timely and accurate manner, enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments, completing/updating reports assigned, completing special projects assigned by leadership team, notifying supervisor of ongoing problems, assuring the confidentiality of all communication, managing schedule and time in accordance with duties, organizing and facilitating project/program specific meetings and training as necessary to successfully complete tasks, maintaining an open-door policy to resolve client and staff concerns, maintaining confidentiality of patient information adhering to HIPAA regulations, maintaining a professional standard of conduct, projecting a positive image of the agency always, complying with operational protocols and safety policies and procedures, adhering to all policies and practices of the agency to maintain established Standards of Care, adhering to all human resource policies set forth in the application operational practices, continually striving to improve by broadening and deepening knowledge through activities such as formal education, attendance at workshops, conferences, participation in professional and related organizations, and individual study and reading, and attending mandatory educational sessions.
