Salary & Benefits

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS TO DRIVE GROWTH AND RETENTION.
  • CONDUCTING THOROUGH POLICY REVIEWS AND OFFERING TAILORED RECOMMENDATIONS THAT MEET CLIENT NEEDS.
  • TACKLING COMPLEX CUSTOMER ISSUES WITH CONFIDENCE AND EXPERTISE.
  • UTILIZING YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF OUR DIVERSE INSURANCE PRODUCTS TO EFFECTIVELY RECOMMEND, EXPLAIN, AND SELL POLICIES TO BOTH WARM AND COLD LEADS.
  • GENERATING NEW LEADS, SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, AND PINPOINTING CUSTOMER NEEDS TO MARKET THE PERFECT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in insurance sales or account management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster customer trust and loyalty.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging in sales conversations and helping clients find the right solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  • People-oriented and detail-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
