Client Acquisition Representative

We are seeking a Client Acquisition Representative to join our dynamic team at Judd Greenberg - State Farm Agent. This role presents an excellent chance to advance your career while contributing to the success of our valued clients.
Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 per year, along with a benefits package that includes 401(k), bonus opportunities, competitive salary, health insurance, paid time off, and training & development programs.
Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS TO DRIVE GROWTH AND RETENTION.
- CONDUCTING THOROUGH POLICY REVIEWS AND OFFERING TAILORED RECOMMENDATIONS THAT MEET CLIENT NEEDS.
- TACKLING COMPLEX CUSTOMER ISSUES WITH CONFIDENCE AND EXPERTISE.
- UTILIZING YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF OUR DIVERSE INSURANCE PRODUCTS TO EFFECTIVELY RECOMMEND, EXPLAIN, AND SELL POLICIES TO BOTH WARM AND COLD LEADS.
- GENERATING NEW LEADS, SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, AND PINPOINTING CUSTOMER NEEDS TO MARKET THE PERFECT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
