- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review monthly financial and operational reports to ensure accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial property manager, with a strong background in office and industrial property management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as real estate, business, or a related field.
