About the Role: Daniels Health is seeking a dedicated individual with a strong customer service focus to take on the role of a Field Service Representative. This position entails the thorough inspection and maintenance of all products within designated healthcare facilities. The Representative will play a crucial role in managing inventory and providing exceptional customer service on behalf of Daniels Health. Daily collaboration with drivers, operations staff, sales teams, and corporate support will be essential to effectively service the assigned medical location. Through this vital role, you contribute to enhancing safety within the healthcare environment for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clinical personnel at your assigned location to ensure accurate healthcare waste segregation, timely container exchanges, and correct container fill levels.
  • Conduct inspections and service all Daniels products within your designated healthcare facility, including working in sensitive areas around patients and equipment.
  • Maintain sufficient inventory levels of waste containers at both location and departmental levels.
  • Establish clear communication and foster strong relationships with hospital staff and Daniels personnel.
  • Effectively communicate and escalate customer concerns to management to ensure prompt resolution, utilizing a company-provided smartphone for daily tasks.
  • Maintain professional and positive working relationships with customers and hospital staff independently, without direct supervision.
  • Ensure the staging area is organized and tidy upon entering and exiting the facility.
  • Be prepared to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Lift containers weighing up to 40 lbs and manage wheeled transporters or palletized products weighing up to approximately 300 lbs.
Qualifications:
  • COVID-19 considerations: Willingness to receive COVID vaccination is required.
  • Experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred, but no prior healthcare experience is necessary; training will be provided.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to efficient scheduling is essential.
