Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities- Execute airflow evaluations on turbine engine components according to operational guidelines.
- Verify the serial number of each component and document it accurately.
- Position the component onto the airflow apparatus; operate the machinery and analyze the results.
- Ensure components comply with established specifications; report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Achieve quality and productivity standards in alignment with company expectations.
- Complete all paperwork related to the airflow testing process with precision.
- Adhere to best practices in machining and operations consistently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and tools, and keep operator maintenance logs updated.
- Proactively address process or system-related issues and collaborate with team members or other departments as needed.
- Follow OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- May be tasked with additional responsibilities within the scope of this job description to support departmental goals and enhance personal skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
- Ability to work with ITAR-related data without restrictions.
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a manufacturing setting.
