Job Summary

Camaco, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that all products delivered from suppliers meet manufacturing and engineering specifications and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience in driving supplier quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Drive supplier quality performance, including new product development and product quality improvement.
  • Provide leadership and management for the supplier quality department.
  • Maintain supplier quality records as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Review IATF 16949 documentation, instructions, procedures, and quality manuals to ensure operations are in compliance.
  • Provide support to IATF 16949 activities.
  • Investigate and resolve customer quality issues and problem-solving activities.
  • Promote initiatives to improve quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience in automotive seating preferred.

Work Environment:

The employee will regularly work in an office setting and on the plant floor.
