Lead Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Supervisor to join our team at Constellis. As a Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of posts and PSOs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Guide and motivate a team of employees to work towards a common objective.
- Report any unusual incidents or concerns to the PM/DPM.
- Meet with supervisors regularly to discuss team performance and provide feedback.
- Investigate any improper behavior and report to the DMP.
- Deliver uniform orders, post supplies, and company documents to posts.
- Manage post books, including memos, duty books, and company folders.
- Collect end-of-month paperwork from all posts.
- Fulfill open shifts during on-call weekends.
- Assist with new hire training as needed.
- Fulfill call-offs and shifts as needed.
- Order and maintain uniforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the DPM or Program Manager.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
- Must have a minimum of two years of security (armed) or one year of law enforcement experience.
- Must have a high school education or GED equivalent.
- Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and meeting all physical and psychological standards.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation, pre-employment drug screen, and pre-employment physical exam.
- Must be able to speak, read, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English.

Working Conditions
Work is typically in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions. Extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required. May be subject to outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures and weather.
Physical Requirements
Exerting up to 125 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must have visual and audio acuity to heavy equipment, machines, firearms, and clearing barrels. May be required to be fitted for and/or wear a respirator. Must be able to stand for extended periods, often without breaks, and may be required to climb stairs or ladders and walk on uneven terrain.
