Job SummaryAre you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team at LEAD Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our production team, including maintaining project files, tracking labor timesheets, and ordering office supplies. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate personnel.
  • Make copies of new work orders and distribute to project managers.
  • Type reports and submit them for approval.
  • Send and track submitted reports to customers and prime contractors.
  • File all reports, answers, and inspection records by work item and work order number.
  • Provide administrative support to program managers, senior project managers, and project managers.
  • Request supplies for ordering and ensure all supplies are put away in an orderly fashion.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years experience in an office environment.
  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Superior filing and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work with managers and supervisors at all levels.
  6. Excellent phone and customer service skills.
  7. Desire to practice integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the business.
  8. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
