Job Title: Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our Sales team in the Western US region. This is a remote home office based role that can be located in Texas, Nebraska, Tennessee, Illinois or Michigan.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $96,000 with an uncapped commission plan, along with benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA - All effective on day 1, Company paid Basic Life Insurance, A+D, Long-Term Disability, and Short-Term Disability.

This is a challenging opportunity for sales professionals looking to grow their career in the HCM and HR Software solutions market. Asure Software offers a dynamic work environment, employee stock purchase program, fitness reimbursement program, and self-managed PTO.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build business relationships with current customers to uncover opportunities for Asure's portfolio of solutions.
  • Profile clients and key contact points, establishing Client Opportunity Profiles to identify needs and buying cycles.
  • Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships with key contacts within clients.
  • Deliver high impact presentations designed to highlight additional value to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple engagements effectively.
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail.
