Sales and Service Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Leader to join our team at Sephora. As a Sales and Service Leader, you will be responsible for implementing sales and service experiences that meet Sephora's standards, supporting and coaching team members in selling, service, and operations, and executing our client service model and sales strategies to drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and service strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they excel in their roles.
  • Execute our client service model and sales strategies to drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with store standards and maintain a professional environment.
  • Support client loyalty programs and services, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior leadership experience in retail sales or services.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
