Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the full school year.

This full-time position involves working with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.

The ideal candidate will be committed to improving the quality of life and educational outcomes for students with behavioral and developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Implement and monitor BIPs to ensure effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to teachers, support staff, and parents on behavior management techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on student progress and behavior plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
Position Details

Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

Full school year

Educational Requirements
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience working with children with behavioral and developmental challenges.
Certifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
