We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Beacon Hill, a leading boutique real estate development firm. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our prominent downtown property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage Property Management and Maintenance teams to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their real estate needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Event Programming and Property Tours: Coordinate property tours and oversee event programming to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Amenity Engagement and Corporate Objectives: Support the development of amenity engagement strategies and corporate objectives to drive business growth.
  • Team Development and Career Advancement: Develop and mentor team members, setting career advancement goals and providing opportunities for growth.
  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Develop annual budgets and capital plans, handle financial reporting, and communicate with investors.
  • Contractor Management and Maintenance Projects: Manage third-party contractors and oversee maintenance projects to ensure timely completion and quality results.
  • Project Supervision and Support: Supervise building projects and provide support to the Property Management team as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in real estate management, with a focus on commercial properties.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality or real estate, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership experience, initiative, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience handling annual budgets.
  • Critical Competencies: Leadership experience, initiative, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
