Overview

Position Summary - This is a Remote Role

The primary focus of this role is to ensure a consistent and reliable order management experience through the validation, prioritization, and processing of orders, which facilitates effective field operations. This position will collaborate closely with various Supply Chain teams, field operations, and Sales teams to guarantee order precision, timely processing, and ongoing enhancement.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that work orders are submitted with complete, accurate data and appropriate prioritization across multiple business functions.
  • Oversee, manage, and resolve exceptions related to work orders across various business functions.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives concerning work order management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Installation Responsibilities:

  • Confirm that equipment model numbers are correct and obtain necessary approvals for substitutions.
  • Check the availability of Supply Chain inventory (initial inventory assessment).
  • Verify the accuracy of payment technology part numbers and quantities.
  • Ensure all installation components are included in the order (e.g., fill hoses, elbows).
  • Coordinate and synchronize the installation schedule with Branch Operations and Sales.
  • Update planned installation dates as required.

Technical Service Responsibilities:

  • Monitor outstanding work orders.
  • Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution of work orders.

Collections Responsibilities:

  • Review identified work order exceptions and resolve them to enable Route Operations planning.
