Position Summary
The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting nightly audits and assisting guests with their needs. This part-time role is essential for maintaining the hotel's operational integrity during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute and manage daily audits
• Generate and disseminate house reports
• Address guest inquiries and requests throughout the night
• Prepare arrival reports
• Initiate system interfaces
• Confirm overnight parking charges
• Ensure wake-up calls are properly set and executed
• Compile revenue center details
• Transition expected arrivals and no-shows to the following day
• Update hotel date, and post room and tax charges
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications
• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Work Environment
This role requires the ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods. Employees may work in various conditions, including outdoor environments, and must be able to navigate uneven surfaces. Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs may be required.
