Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a key member of our front desk team, responsible for performing daily audits and ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit and process audits to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Print and distribute house reports to management and staff
  • Respond to guest requests throughout the night, providing exceptional customer service
  • Run arrival reports and verify overnight parking charges
  • Start interfaces and ensure wake-up calls are carried out
  • Verify revenue center detail and roll all expected arrivals and no-shows to the next day
  • Roll hotel date, post room, and tax
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Work Environment

The Night Auditor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, requiring the ability to be on their feet for extended periods and work in adverse conditions. Regularly, the Night Auditor will be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces and may be required to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance.

This is a temporary part-time position eligible for discounted lift tickets and other company perks.
