About the Role

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead to join our Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) team. As a key member of our Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) organization, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic implementation of our Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) Target Operating Model across countries and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Support the TWCS business with planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities for running the WCR program.
  • Initiative Leadership: Lead key initiatives as a Project Management Office (PMO) in a detailed manner and deliver within strict timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks that impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
  • Communication: Direct the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including TWCS senior management, on a timely basis.
  • Relationship Building: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Product Development: Support the development and implementation of Institutional Credit Management (ICM) Transaction Management under the end-state model for TTS.
  • Documentation: Work with all Regional Product teams to launch the WCR Legal Documentation Checklist across all businesses.
  • Procedure Development: Help re-draft and update all necessary WCR TTS Standards and procedures with the support from all relevant stakeholders.
  • Automation: Work with ICM and Risk to simplify and automate all product guidelines, connecting Helios to existing product approval systems.
  • Technical Implementation: Support all Tech De-Risk implementations and System Migrations across Trade.
  • Data Management: Support businesses on WCR Data-related workstreams and projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of related experience.
  • Background: Background in Trade products, Operations, Tech, Program Management, and/or Data is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail, excellent interpersonal relationships, ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders, proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
