Job Title: E-Commerce Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Engagement Coordinator to join our Marketing Department at Kimball Midwest. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving e-commerce revenue and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts to increase e-commerce revenue.
  • Execute and report on strategies related to digital marketing.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive e-commerce revenue.
  • Collaborate with email vendors to build and QA email templates, as well as conduct and track A/B tests.
  • Assist in educating the sales team and internal associates on how to effectively use the e-commerce website through training materials, digital content, email communication, and other resources.
  • Monitor prospect form submissions and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Act as a digital marketing/e-commerce resource for the sales team, internal associates, and customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Monitor sales team e-commerce training module results and make recommendations for incremental improvements.
  • Manage digital marketing content calendar.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or similar, or equivalent work history.
  • 0-2 years of digital marketing or content management experience.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of content management systems (e.g., Optimizely, WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
