Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to the highest cleanliness standards.
  • Guarantee that assigned residential properties are maintained to exceptional standards.
  • Assist in training residential cleaning staff, ensuring comprehensive understanding of company policies and expectations.
  • Ensure availability of necessary cleaning supplies for each shift.

  • Evaluate employee performance, provide on-the-job training and coaching, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license is required.
