Director, Federal Engagement Management

We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our Oracle Health Federal Consulting team as a Director, Federal Engagement Management. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for leading the overall strategy and delivery of our federal consulting business, driving client satisfaction, and overseeing a team of over 40 associates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve portfolio performance and support business objectives.
- Lead the development of solutions and pricing for proposals, supporting the sales process.
- Manage a significant and profitable revenue stream, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
- At least 10+ years of combined higher education and related work experience.
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position.
- Due to the client contract, this position requires being a U.S. citizen.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 8 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) or federal government project/program management work experience.
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Department of Defense.
- Must currently live in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location.
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
