Senior Vice President of Consumer Growth and Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for driving subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage competitive market data and first-party consumer data to guide marketing strategies and cross-platform promotions.
  • Set key objectives for the team, regularly report on marketing performance, and present opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships with product, engineering, finance, and other key departments to align growth initiatives with company goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience shifting a team into a high-performing consumer growth engine.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels.
  • Strong project management/PMO skills.
  • Highly organized and disciplined, with a passion for working with growth data.
