Position: Unarmed Security Officer

We are in search of skilled unarmed security personnel for diverse roles across various environments, including nightlife venues, hotels, residential complexes, and corporate settings. Opportunities range from part-time to full-time positions, allowing you to find a role that aligns with your skills and schedule.


Key Duties:
  • Perform regular and comprehensive patrols around the premises and within all interior areas, including parking facilities, to identify and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Maintain a prominent presence to instill a sense of safety among residents and deter potential threats.
  • Professionally engage with individuals attempting to access the property unlawfully, ensuring they are redirected without conflict.
  • Document and report all security incidents, irregularities, and maintenance concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
  • Provide first aid and emergency support when necessary.
  • Interact with residents in a respectful and professional manner, addressing their security concerns and ensuring their well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing training and awareness programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid BSIS Guard Card as mandated by California regulations.
  • Immediate availability to start.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in security, ideally within residential or hospitality sectors.
  • Ownership of a professional security uniform, including black cargo pants, black boots, and a duty belt. Possession of pepper spray and a taser is preferred, subject to legal compliance and certification.
  • Physically capable of extensive patrolling and managing potential confrontations.
  • Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
  • Exemplary appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess a smartphone and be proficient in using various applications.
  • Must present as physically sharp, well-groomed, and courteous.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulate speech are essential.
