Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AM&E Analyst II to support the design, coordination, conduct, and reporting of Security Cooperation analyses. The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders to ensure efforts stay up to date with emerging AM&E techniques, tools, and approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the leadership team in identifying priorities and solutions to problems.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of security cooperation programs.
  • Assist with the development of indicators and metrics that enable evaluation of security cooperation programs.
  • Draft reports, presentations, and other deliverables for senior leadership review.
  • Support the design and development of visual graphics that distill key information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project processes and plans.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in AM&E and security cooperation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience in AM&E, including analyzing and summarizing disparate information in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have a Master's degree or higher and formal training or education in the field of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation. They will also have experience assessing, developing, mapping, and improving business processes, as well as planning, designing, and implementing assessment, monitoring, and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector.

Compensation

Dexis Consulting Group offers a competitive salary range of $95,000-$115,000 USD for this role.
