Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the highest standards of compliance and quality in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure overall contract compliance.
  • Complete daily field reports documenting weather conditions, contractor activities, and workforce details.

  • Review contractor As-Builts on a monthly basis to verify updates.
  • Implement and document quality assurance and quality control activities in accordance with established procedures.

  • Organize and lead pre-activity meetings for significant scopes of work.
  • Perform thorough comparisons of contract drawings, specifications, and approved product submittals to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

  • Monitor subcontractor and supplier activities to ensure pre-approval before work commencement.
  • Assist contractors in coordinating construction site activities with other trades.
  • Evaluate workforce performance against the project work plan.
  • Facilitate training sessions for facility personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Provide recommendations for improving constructability.
  • Complete punch lists and track their resolution.
  • Coordinate with third-party specialty inspections as required.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
All personnel must possess, at a minimum, OSHA 30 Hour training certification.

Candidates must successfully pass a criminal history background check.


Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience on similar projects and those who have worked within secure facilities.

  • We provide a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
  • Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $55.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
