Work Schedule

  • In-Person position.
  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input patient data and prescription information into the pharmacy's system.
  • Precisely process new and refill prescriptions.
  • Engage with patients regarding their prescriptions.
  • Coordinate with other pharmacies to manage transfer requests.
  • Communicate with prescriber offices to handle new prescription inquiries.
  • Assist new patients with inquiries via phone and text.

  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid CA Pharmacy Technician License.
  • 6 months to 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
