Job Overview

As a Clinical Inpatient Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the comprehensive management of your designated specialty area. This role involves direct daily leadership of the team members assigned to your unit, ensuring effective inventory management and appropriate delegation of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate case planning and optimize patient flow.
  • Implement and monitor processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive team performance towards achieving established quality metrics, including patient safety and financial stewardship.

Educational Requirements:

An Associate Degree or completion of two years of college coursework is required.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of one year of relevant experience is necessary, along with a solid understanding of standard operational practices.

Licenses and Certifications:

A valid Georgia Registered Nurse License or a Multistate Nursing License is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior supervisory experience and relevant certifications are advantageous.

CPR certification must be acquired within 30 days of employment.

Work Schedule:

This position requires a commitment to three 12-hour shifts per week, including some holidays and alternating weekends.
