Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cable One. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Provide warm and welcoming interactions with customers, either in person or over the phone, to address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve customer issues, provide accurate billing information, and address standard problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community events and activities, promoting our brand and services to local residents.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to promote our products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Mobile Support: Operate between multiple office locations, requiring reliable transportation and flexibility to meet customer needs.
  • Education and Support: Guide customers on using our products and services, ensuring they have a positive experience and are empowered to make informed decisions.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure every issue is resolved to the customer's satisfaction, continuously improving our service and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a few months of customer service experience. We value your willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, data entry, and computer skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with our products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new offerings.
  • Bilingual: Speaking Spanish is not required, but it is a valuable asset in serving our diverse customer base.
