Job Summary: Included Health is seeking a skilled Virtual Behavioral Health Clinician to provide individual virtual therapy through a state-of-the-art Telehealth platform. As a Virtual Behavioral Health Clinician, you will work independently with access to a clinical support team, assessing patients, providing counseling and therapy, developing treatment plans, and maintaining patient records. This position requires an active license in the field of LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or related, along with 3+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience and a master's degree from an accredited program. The compensation for this independent contractor position is $60 per visit hour.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide individual virtual therapy sessions to patients
* Assess patients and develop treatment plans
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
* Collaborate with the clinical support team as needed

Requirements:

* Active license in the field of LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or related
* 3+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience
* Master's degree from an accredited program
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
