Behavioral Health Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team at Texas Health Dallas. As a Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team and overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in our 35-bed adult inpatient psych unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of professionals to provide exceptional patient care and services
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to inform quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- 2 years of experience in psychiatric care
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- LMSW or LPC licensure required; LCSW highly preferred
