Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team at Texas Health Dallas. As a Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team and overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in our 35-bed adult inpatient psych unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals to provide exceptional patient care and services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Supervise and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
  • 2 years of experience in psychiatric care
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • LMSW or LPC licensure required; LCSW highly preferred
