Behavioral Health Therapist

Join our team of skilled therapists in a fast-paced, high-energy Behavioral Health department. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy and counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct unstructured individual, family, and group therapy sessions as scheduled or ordered by physician to address goals identified on patient treatment plans.
- Provide didactic group therapy as scheduled and assigned.
- Adapt treatment to reflect age-specific, developmental, and cultural considerations.
- Demonstrate competence with adolescent treatment and cognitive behavioral therapy.
