  • Utilize cash handling systems, including registers and point-of-sale devices, to process customer transactions efficiently.
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and engaging experience.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, colleagues, and volunteers, both in-store and through other communication channels.
  • Maintain the organization of merchandise by restocking shelves and racks throughout the work shift.
  • Ensure that items returned from fitting rooms are promptly returned to their designated areas.
  • Encourage customer participation in our loyalty program, aiming for a high enrollment rate.
  • Support various operational tasks across different store locations as needed.
  • Be prepared to work during non-standard hours, including holidays and special events, to assist with restocking and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service and cashier roles is essential.
  • Prior experience in a thrift or consignment environment is preferred.
  • Must possess flexible availability and reliable transportation to meet operational needs.
