Customer Service Representative Job Description

The Helzberg Customer Care group has opened a Customer Care Representative position. This is a full-time, M-F, 9-am to 6:00-pm, hourly paid position that does have occasional Saturday shifts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their online purchases via phone, chat, email, and social media, helping them make informed buying decisions and finalize sales.
  • Listen to customer issues and enter customer data into the case management system.
  • Contact stores for specific case details and consult with other departments in the Store Support Center to determine the best solution for customers.
  • Provide product information and assist customers with concerns originating from the store or through a visit to Helzberg.com.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An associate's degree in Retail Management or Business Administration and one to three years of experience in customer service are required.
  • Customer service experience within a consumer-focused environment is preferred.
  • A customer service orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to use desktop software (Outlook, Excel, Word) are required.
Estimated Salary Range

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
