Customer Service Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Associate to join our team at Johnson Controls. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, researching customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
">Main Responsibilities:
- Process orders and respond to customer inquiries within designated timeframes
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers' sales staff and other departments
- Process changes orders, credits, and product return authorizations
- Run customer order reports to proactively identify and resolve issues
About You:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can effectively communicate with internal teams and external customers. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an immediate opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.
What We Offer:
- $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
