About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team at Hertz. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in maximizing revenue opportunities by actively engaging with customers and providing world-class customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers on their rental needs, identifying opportunities to upsell products and services while addressing any objections they may have.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring their rental experience is seamless and meets their expectations.
  • Multitask effectively, juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Able to build lasting relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Able to upsell and overcome customer objections, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
