Financial Transactions Associate - Niello Acura

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer payments for various products and services. Your role will include verifying and approving all forms of payment, ensuring accurate change and receipts are returned to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed customer service records and logs.
  • Organize and manage all relevant documentation efficiently.
  • Oversee inventory logs for sold parts.
  • Keep accurate warranty records to ensure timely processing of warranty reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with bookkeeping and administrative staff as required.
  • Ensure all files and logs are systematically organized and paperwork is processed promptly.
  • Thoroughly review all charges for accuracy and confirm the correctness of calculations on service receipts and orders before accepting cash payments.
  • Provide immediate and friendly service to both external and internal customers.
  • Facilitate quick and accurate transactions at the cash register.
  • Exhibit professionalism and promptness in all financial dealings.

Job-Specific Expectations:

This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work primarily indoors in climate-controlled environments.
  • Regularly sit, stand, and walk throughout the day.
  • Occasionally bend, twist, or stoop.
  • Infrequently kneel, squat, or reach overhead.
  • Engage in repetitive hand and finger movements.
  • Occasionally push and pull as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Clean driving record.
