Your Role:
As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving complex commercial construction projects to successful completion. You will collaborate with a talented team of construction professionals to transform client visions into reality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting job walks and coordinating building access
- Preparing and qualifying bids
- Compiling meeting minutes and weekly status reports
- Tracking and reviewing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and procurement
- Assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent in daily project management tasks

Desired Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role with a commercial general contractor
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in construction principles, techniques, and procedures
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and CAD
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
