Engineering Program Manager
· Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple engineering initiatives simultaneously, ensuring compliance with established timelines, financial constraints, and quality benchmarks.

· Conduct regular project status meetings and provide ongoing updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
· Demonstrated success in managing intricate engineering projects from inception to completion.
· Strong project management capabilities, with proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
· Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships.
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
· Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
· Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
· Experience with tools such as Jira and Smartsheets is advantageous.
· Background in the power sector is a plus.
Tools & Equipment· Standard office equipment including telephones, fax machines, and personal computers.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project.
Certifications/Licenses· PE License (preferred).
· PMP or PgMP certification (preferred).
