Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team at Covenant Health (Tennessee). As a key member of our administrative practice operations, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to medical staff and patients
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate data
- Process daily office payments and charges
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Previous experience in a medical career field with knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Windows and Office
